Bridal Shower Day!




Today we threw Lauralee's bridal shower and it was so nice and everything turned out beautifully. The food was amazing and we all just had a great time. We were pretty worn out when it was over and after cleaning up we settled down to watch the BYU vs Texas game. BYU ended up losing but we had a good time watching anyway!

absolutely gorgeous! Love the combination of the burlap and vintage book wreaths and the iron food stands (where did you find those)...did you use fresh flowers (look like it)? Very well done! Better watch out or you'll be asked for every girl in young women's bridal shower!!!!

We were a little concerned about that since this family has three more girls of marriagable age. Two of which I have had in seminary. One for all four years! The iron food stands and cake plate are from Dillards. Ginger and I always buy each other a birthday present and usually it will be the same thing. These were a gift to each other a couple years ago, but they still have the set there. The whole collection is beautiful. I think it is Tuscany something. We did use fresh flowers and that was our biggest splurge, but it made is so beautiful and smelled wonderful. I realize how much a wedding could be if you used fresh flowers!!!

WOW!!! how beautiful! i'm sure the bride-to-be was thrilled and delighted to have you two put this together for her:) it really looks amazing. so happy it turned out perfectly!!
