Grateful for Concrete Floors!


Tonight the girls were able to join us in our fun since it is Friday and they could relax a little bit. We had one casualty. Morgan's 2nd one crashed to the floor and paint when everywhere. Thankfully my floors are an easy cleanup. Tonight some of us are going to the Christmas Party and Morgan is going to the Christmas stroll and Lexi and Taylor are hanging out here watching movies. The boys have their first basketball game tomorrow. Yeah!

i look forward to seeing what you guys do each night. are these just plain glass ornaments and then they put paint inside until they are completely covered? do you get them from the craft store? i really do not know much when it comes to crafts! but this looks like fun;)

Yes, you just get them like at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Pop off the lid and dribble paint in. Then let them dry as much as possible. My boys used a lot of paint so I would turn theirs upside down when they were done and let alot of the paint come out onto paper towel. This one was their favorite so far.

I just got plastic ones---YEAH no glass! I let Ashlyn pick out five of her favorite Christmas books for us to do a craft together with. Then we just walked around Michaels to see if we could find a few things to do with them. Had to get in on your fun!!! Did Morgan go darker with her hair? Couldn't see her too well--but it looked like it!

She did a long time ago but it seems to be staying!!That was smart to get plastic ones. I am afraid to hang mine on the tree in case they fall and paint goes everywhere! It has been a lot of fun so far.
