Rick finished his radiation treatments on Friday so they gave him his mask that they custom fit to the persons face.

I caught him smiling.  He loves to go down the slide and will smile each time. 

We had the Schoenrocks over for dinner today because we wanted to sue some of the ham so Rick made a ham and potato soup.  Grey enjoyed it too.  He was so sweet and he took to Ginger just fine.  They had gotten him a swing for the tree and some books.  He tried out the swing but Blake pushed him to high and fast and so he was not a fan.  I think he will enjoy it once he gets a bit bigger and we do it more slowly.  Since Rick missed his treatment for the holidays, they did two on Thursday and one on Friday so he was feeling pretty tired today at church.  I could tell he was struggling on the stand to stay away.  He fell asleep for a catnap when the Schoenrocks were here but then he got his second wind.  They said he will still feel the affects for a couple more weeks but I am glad he gets to take a break for a while.  He will have chemo for the next four months but just for 5 days each month and a double dose those days.  He will have a MRI the end of January and then they will do them every two months and compare them to the January one  to see if there is any new growth.
