2nd stop-- Mese Verde

The next day found us on a tour of Mesa Verde cliff dwellings. It was amazing and a bit of a climb. I just cannot imagine living like that. My first thought was how did they keep the toddlers from plunging to their deaths, they had to spend their entire days just staying alive. Rick and I would have already died. They had a very short lifespan. AMAZING. Rick has always wanted to take us there and finally he succeeded.
