YW 5K

The girls before the race. The tshirts we made for them said "I know I run like a girl, try and keep up." It was an all girl race called the Girlfriend 5k.
Dixie Lewis (on the left) is the Laurel advisor and the one who got the girls signed up. She is an avid runner and came in third overall. She is a wonderful example to our girls and we are sad that she is moving next month. Andrea (on the right) served in Young Women until our ward split and she was taken away! The girls had a great time!
