The boys turned twelve on the 28th while we were on the road. Blake has been dying ever since to have a party to recognize him! The boys received a gun this year, Blake a shotgun and Caden a survival 22. I think Rick got his first gun at age 12. This is certainly not a gift from me, but Rick loves shooting and hopes the boys will enjoy it as well. The both asked for one and told him which ones they wanted. Blakes will send him flying I bet and he might not enjoy shooting it but he thinks it is awesome. The next day, Blake got his skateboard and Caden got his ripstick. Today was the day I ordered a water slide and Barret and Wyatt were coming and also some neighborhood boys. Blake woke up at six and proceeded to blow up several balloons to see if he could get his smallest present to fly. He finally was successful. He enjoyed his friends and his presents of legos and Caden got a bow and arrow and soccer goals like the ones he really enjoyed at grandma's house. The party is over and Blake can now calm down and get back to normal!!
