Scarlett

 Scarlett (Cindy's daughter) has been adopted by her bio dad's sisters family.  She has been living with them for several years and it has been so good for her.  She lived with her dad for a couple years after Cindy died and that was not a good situation. She was just sealed to her family yesterday.  Poor Melinda ended up having emergency appendectomy so she missed it.
