After looking at several homes, Lexi and Levi put an offer on this one. They had found one they liked when we were there and put an offer on that one but then when Lexi was praying about it that night, she had a thought to check the sex offender registry. She did and there were several in that area and two serious ones right close to the house. She withdrew her offer and was so grateful the Lord warned her of that. She expressed how grateful she is for the Spirit. So then back to square one since they have sold their condo and need to be out September 1. We had seen this house with them and Levi liked the yard a lot. It is in a much safer neighborhood with lots of parks and kids. The back yard is large and will be great for the dogs and kids to play. The layout is not ideal but she is not looking at it as their forever home. I still have hopes of her coming to Texas! I am excited for them to have a bit more space inside and out!
