| This hotel was built in the early 1900's and recently went through a 60 million dollar renovation. It is owned by a man who was from Ireland, one of eleven children and only had a 9th grade education. He has turned into a real estate mogul. |

Took a ferry ride from Seattle to Victoria. It was a 3 hour ride but it was very comfy! We really loved this city. Victoria was just lovely and picturesque. It is the capital city of British Columbia. We rented bikes and toured around the town.
