Butterfly Bush

 I love the wildness of a butterfly bush and the flowers that attract them, but I have never been able to get one to survive.  I have planted one at every house just hoping and my optimism has finally paid off. Apparently it likes this spot and is thriving.  I got back from my trip and it looked like it had doubled and has all these purple blooms on it.  So excited!!  My oleanders that are surrounding it have pink flowers and are very pretty.  They were planted by the previous owners and survived the freeze and are coming back.  I love spring in Texas!
