Monday night after news had spread that Dave had died, there was a big group gathered at mom's. At that time, she asked Caden if he would write a poem in Dave's honor. This boy knocked in out of the park and I told him he must have had divine help to write this so quickly and to capture Dave so perfectly but also tie in the plan of salvation. This will be a family treasure forever. I plan on printing it out and framing it by Dave's picture and the lighthouse my kids gave Dave's siblings.
