Good Weekend for Morgan

 Morgan has been working as an independent contractor for a guy and he told her in June that she needed to find another job because his work was coming to an end in August.  So she started this intense interview process with a few companies.  She is an English major but working for her current boss reminded her how much she loves strategy and numbers.  It is a lot of coding and excel, and I am not sure exactly what she does but it is called a business analyst.  The interview process in usually four separate interviews with each interview moving up the corporate ladder.  She made it through four interviews with four companies and is in the process of different stages with a few other companies.  She received two really good offers on Friday and was told another company was making a decision Monday and she had made the short list.  She is beyond grateful and was getting a little weary worn of the intense interview process and is glad that she can put that behind her.  That an English major can hold her own and get offers in a very data, analytical world speaks to how versatile she is and how good she is at math based issues.  She said it will be a steep learning curve but she thrives on a challenge and will excel.  Rick predicts that she will rise to the top and be head hunted by other companies soon.  So very happy for them!
