We had the seminary director in our area come and teach our class today. He comes once a year and the kids enjoy it. This morning he said he was using a lesson he gave a couple years ago and Morgan pipes up "the one about knowledge?" He was shocked that she remembered. She was turning to the scriptures before he even asked us to. That girl's memory is amazing. He also asked what they mean about reading from the best books. Lexi with her cute little smile, said like Twilight? He laughed and teased her about that throughout the lesson. He had read them as well as the other members of the class. (except Rick). He also had said that when he was younger he had a thing for school supplies and loved the smell of pink erasers. His only run in with criminal activity was stealing school supplies when he was eight. He asked during the lesson what are things we can take with us when we die and good ole Lexi said "you can't take your pink erasers". It was a fun enjoyable class mingled with spiritual moments. I love my girls.
