Really enjoyed church today! It could have been the fact that Rick and I were supposed to speak but yesterday morning we received a call telling us it was high council sunday so we were off the hook (until next week) but still good news! My absolute least thing to do in the church is give a talk so church was extra delicious today! We also got a new RS presidency (except Ginger--she stayed in) The new president is a very dynamic lady and is a awesome speaker. The girls spent the entire day yesterday (6:30 -11:00) at youth conference. They went and worked at the World Hunger Relief Farm, then they went to Baylor for leadership challenges with different obstacles. They were pretty tired last night and at church. Looking at our Bishop and the counselor in the stake pres who went. They were tired too. My girls felt empathy for the Bishop who had to get to church at 6:00 and then stays late. It was good to point out how we really have no idea how much these men (who have full time jobs) give to serve us. It made us all pause and appreciate them when so often we take them for granted! Rick and I and girls head off to Boise this Thursday thru Saturday to check it out. It is for casted to snow so hopefully we will not have trouble getting back for our talks! Rick is really hoping we will like it.

Keep us posted! Probably good you thought you were speaking this week so you could prepare and have most of it done before heading to Idaho so you can enjoy your time there! (Little tender mercy!)

sounds like the girls are staying busy (very good for teens;) hope it doesnt snow too much! you'll know when you get there if it's meant for your family. He always gives us "feelings" to help us know what to do. (but we would love to have you closer-just saying:)

I was going to say, didn't know Dennis was a blogger! I know I can count on you driving the five hours to see me!! Maybe even Rachel will venture on up. I am hoping if we move there then mom and dad will come for Thanksgiving since you all go somewhere else. Of course the weather would have to be perfect!
