Blake flew out Thursday night to join Rick in a 3 gun competition for the weekend. It happens twice a year and only 140 people can compete and you have to sign up quick or you don't get a spot. A lot of the best shooters in the country compete, the ones that have sponsors and they follow them on Instagram. Blake and Rick are in a group of 12 shooters and they really like them. They have a guy from England that flies over to compete since they can't do this type of thing in England. He doesn't do to good because he can't practice over there. They also have a couple girls on the team and they are funny I guess. Blake has done really well for not practicing. Rick said if he practiced with all the guns he would be one of the top. He is just a natural. Blake only usually shoots pistol and he is super good at that. This competition you shoot pistol, shotgun, and rifle. He doesn't do shotgun or rifle. I guess one stage there were 5 targets set at 200, 400 and 600 yards and Blake hit them all with one shot each and everyone was blown away. I think he is ranked 42 out of 140 and Rick is 87 out of 140. Blake doesn't really care about his score, he is just having fun with Rick who loves 3 gun. they have already signed up for the next one in six months. Blake will stay until Thursday. He will hang out with Grey Monday and Tuesday and get together with his good friend Ibreheem. Utah is getting a huge week of cold weather and snow so he will be in for a shock to his system when he returns!
