Santa Rita Ward

We went to our new ward today and it was so good.  The testimonies shared and the Sunday school lesson was awesome.  There were a lot of comments and the teacher was a great facilitator of discussion.  This ward everyone is pretty new since it was just created four months ago. There are a good mix of older and younger although there were a lot more crying children in sacrament.  We didn't hear much of that in our old ward. 

 This scripture was part of our come follow me study and it made me think of a couple things.  our baptism covenant for one.  We promise to mourn with others, comfort others and stand as a witness.  When our brothers and sisters fall are we there to catch them.  It also makes me think of our roles in our families and extended families.  We cannot let them fall alone.  When we see them struggling we must do all we can to lift them up and bring them back.  

Ecclesiastes 4:10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
