TWO DIFFERENT KINDS OF SNAKES

Blake and Rick decided to go on a bike ride and explore the creek after the storm. They were exploring and Blake was walking ahead of Rick singing his acorn song. As Rick comes after him there sunning himself on a rock was a huge cottonmouth (deadly scary mean) where Blake was just walking. Blake says because he was singing he charmed the snake so it didn't strike at him. There was a time when Blake was convinced he was Harry Potter and had the gift of parcel tongue. Maybe so. They then proceeded to throw rocks at it until it slithered off into the water. My sweet Lexi had a bad day yesterday and partly due to the answer to my prayers regarding a member of the opposite sex which shall remain nameless but rhymes with knack . I am doing a happy dance in my soul while being sensitive to her feelings. Parenting is a very exciting ride sometimes.
