Elevation or Out of Shape?


Hiked the Y for the first time in my life. We didn't get started until 11 so it was mighty hot as we climbed. We brought plenty of water and drank every bit of it. There was some serious huffing and puffing from a few who will remain nameless but we persevered and made it. It was a really nice view of the valley.

;) yes we did it! once is probably enough although clair said he knew a man who worked in the provo temple who hiked it every morning until he was in his 90's-can you imagine???
