| My two little boys who are moving. Tate with the striped shirt is moving to Colorado Springs and Easton is moving to Arizona. They have been such fun kids to teach. Tate is a bit of a handful but how can you not love that little face! |

| Gracie has decided that she loves Caden. She follows him around. She is a very jealous pup and you can see her giving Jack the stink eye because Caden is petting him. She wants all the love just for her. |
My primary kids have been checking off the articles of faith and if they succeeded they got a treat of their choosing. Tate chose caramel apples. He checked them off and I knew he was moving so I made them and delivered them to his house. My caramel wasn't as thick as usual but it was still good.
We had stake conference this weekend and Elder Hallstrom came. The Saturday adult session was all about conversion and how it is a life long continuing process. We have had a few people leave the church and it will usually be a policy change or something they hear from history. He was saying our foundations need to be firm in Jesus Christ. Sunday we had a horrible internet connection and they were broadcasting it to our building. Out of 2 hours, we only received 1/2 an hour. It was pretty frustrating because you go wanting to hear the leaders of our stake and we just didn't get a chance. It finally came on for most of Elder Hallstrom's talk. He shared an experience that he had with Spencer W. Kimball. He said when the Hawaii temple was being dedicated it was his job to handle the logistics of getting President Kimball to all of the stops and obligations. He spent every waking minute with him for one week. He saw what a great man he was. At the end of the week he was taking him to the airport and as President Kimball(very short) was leaving he turned to Elder Hallstrom (very tall) and grabbed his lapels and pulled him down to his level and kissed his cheek and expressed his thanks for all he had done. He then turned to leave but came back and pulled him down again and kissed his other cheek and told him he loved him. Elder Hallstrom said that he had a book of President Kimball's autobiography but had not really read it. After this experience, he went and read it with new eyes. He said, I now knew him and he knew me and I now loved him and knew that he loved me. He talked about how he had an experience bit later in which he felt chastened because he did not have that same relationship with Christ. He has since worked on that relationship by striving to know the Savior.
