Salmon for Thanksgiving??

Since we are away from extended family and it will just be the six pack here this Thanksgiving, I went around and asked everyone what they wanted to have on the menu. My answers were the following: pumpkin pie, apple pie, coconut creme pie, stuffing, crescent rolls, potatoes/gravy, asparagus with mushrooms, salmon, vegetable tray. Can you have Thanksgiving without turkey, I say YES!!
